Kiasmin is an artist who uses oil on canvas to depict the atmospheric layering of the world around her on a sensory level.

Growing up on a rural property in the Hunter Valley, Kiasmin has always felt an affinity with the Australian landscape. More recently, an unexpected and uncultivated Spanish heritage has given her a new direction for exploring the subject of identity.

Kiasmin utilises the stimulus, spontaneous and subconscious when creating new work in order to release processed emotion with discerning results. The layers and patterns found in her art demonstrate an intricate understanding of composition and space, at times possessing ethereal qualities.
